“The Stafford Police Department has worked with Tammy Lynn LaBonte, Executive Director of the Spector Criminal Justice Training Network, Inc., for several years. We want to commend her and all of the staff who have provided Law Enforcement training to all of our police officers. We are a very small department with many obstacles that include scheduling issues and providing quality training to our officers within our police budget.
