Caroline Hsiao is a graphic designer specializing in brand identity and visual storytelling, with experience across sports, advertising, and global campaigns. Most recently, she worked as a Designer at Major League Baseball, contributing to the World Baseball Classic by adapting and extending brand systems into large-scale experiences across stadiums, retail environments, clubhouses, and live activations.
Prior to MLB, Caroline worked at Ogilvy Taiwan, creating campaigns for global brands including Volkswagen, The Singleton, and Colgate. She holds an MFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and was awarded the 2024–2025 Longyear Scholarship.
