Harley Gamble is a young woman who strives to embody determination and empathy. With a profound dedication to community involvement and Equestrian sports, she has swiftly risen through the ranks, showcasing not only remarkable talent but also a profound understanding of teamwork, discipline, societal needs, and leadership; with goals of one day owning a therapeutic equine training facility.

Beyond the arena, Harley has found another calling—bridging the communicatory gap between law enforcement, and youth. As a member of the Network’s youth involvement team, she brings a fresh perspective and invaluable insight to the table. With a keen eye for innovation, she strives to enhance police training quality by providing firsthand experiences and perspectives from the youth’s point of view. Growing up between South Windsor and Hartford, in addition to being well traveled, and an avid social media user, Harley has gained useful insight pertaining to the needs of her generation and understanding what is important for law enforcement to understand.

Harley’s initiative doesn’t end there. Recognizing the importance of empowering the next generation, she actively engages with youth in different communities, Harley began aiding us in offering youth a platform to voice their concerns through the youth involved S.R.O panel in the summer of 2021. Since 2021, Harley has become active in youth related presentations and providing a platform of communication between youth and law enforcement. Through workshops, seminars, and mentorship, Harley inspires young minds to become catalysts for progress in their communities, and aid law enforcement agencies in gaining perspective pertaining to Gen Z, and their digital world.

With unwavering dedication, Harley strives to embody the belief that understanding, empathy, and open dialogue are the cornerstones of a safer, more harmonious society. Currently working in hospitality, and community outreach, Harley will soon be going to college to better aid her community and has attended several of our events in hopes to better understand the world of law enforcement. She hopes to continue to advocate and provide a safe and inviting platform for youth for years to come.
