
The Connecticut Alliance to Benefit Law Enforcement (CABLE) is a non-profit, 501 (C)(3) research and training collaborative whose mission is to serve as an interdisciplinary resource and catalyst for law enforcement and community collaboration, support and education. CABLE brings community and law enforcement resources together to address common issues related to mental health. CABLE’s strength is its ability to bring together people from diverse perspectives who are committed to working collaboratively for the common good.

Since 2016, FwC has been delivering durable and well-fitting walking shoes and boots as well as medical foot screenings to homeless children and adults in Hartford. To help homeless people secure and keep jobs, it also provides steel-toed boots, non-slip kitchen shoes, and dress footwear for work in construction, culinary services, and offices.

Honor Wellness Center is a safe haven for all first responders and veterans. Our nonprofit status is filed and pending. We will provide an IOP & are providing outpatient individual and group treatment for addictions, trauma and mental health.

The Manchester Police Activities League, Inc. (PAL) was established in 1992 to foster positive relationships between youth and police officers. Today PAL creates opportunities and activities for positive interactions between Youth and police and civilian mentors in support of youth development and success. Programs are supported through public and private donations, grants, corporate funding, and fundraising efforts.

The Mission of the Police Activity League of Middletown, Inc. is to provide a positive and fun experience through educational, athletic and recreational programs designed to encourage healthy attitudes and behaviors, while fostering a continued mutual respect for our community.

Police Officers Association of CT (POACT) is an organization dedicated to keeping its members informed on legislation being debated at the Capitol which directly affect police officers, their working conditions, their wages and benefits and public safety, and to promote the involvement and action of police officers in such debates.

Support Hartford’s Homeless is a community group that collects items for the homeless of Hartford.

The Network assists families and individuals who have experienced domestic and intimate partner violence. They educate to promote healthy relationships and advocate for safer communities. The Network leads North Central Connecticut in preventing domestic abuse and fostering healthy, violence-free relationships.
