Tammy Lynn LaBonte has been the Administrator of Spector Training for over thirty years. From 1994 to 1999 she acted as the Treasurer and is currently its Corporate Secretary. Until 2015, Tammy acted in a concurrent role as a Paralegal for Atty. Spector. Since 2015, she has been Administrator of KFD Training & Consultation, LLC., (PoliceCombat.com). Tammy Lynn graduated with honors from Manchester Community College, where she attended classes in the Legal Assistant Program and holds an A.S. degree. She was a member of the Subcommittee on Police Training of the JJAC and the South Windsor Junior Women’s Club for five years. She served as Chair of the Education Committee and is the former Newsletter Editor for SWJWC. Tammy Lynn was a Board Member of Manchester P.A.L. (Police Activities League) for seven years. She served as Treasurer for two years and Corporate Secretary for four years. She volunteered extensively for AAU Girls Basketball Clubs, assisting with administrative matters and tournament / tryout oversight for over ten years. She also ran the booster club for SW High School Girls Basketball in the 2018/2019 season. In 2008 Tammy founded the Youth at Promise Alliance, a division of Spector Criminal Justice Training Network. Tammy is the recipient of the SWJWC’s “Catch the Spirit” and “ABCD” (Above & Beyond the Call of Duty) Awards. Tammy Lynn has three children: John – 26, Kaitlyn – 25, and Michelle – age 19.
